The grand Milliön Shans lottery with 3 draws has officially started at Milliön payment terminals.

From October 1 to December 31, 2025, make your payments, collect chances, and win valuable prizes.

The lottery runs from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

The draws will take place on the following dates:

• 1st draw: October 1–31, 2025 (to be held on November 18, 2025)

• 2nd draw: November 1–30, 2025 (to be held on December 16, 2025)

• 3rd draw: December 1–31, 2025 (to be held on January 22, 2026)

• Super Prize draw: October 1 – December 31, 2025 (only during the final draw)

Note: Except for the Super Prize, chances collected in each draw are valid only for that draw and do not carry over to the next one.

Participation Rules

• Make any payment of 10 AZN or more via a Milliön terminal → 1 chance

• Top up your m10 balance with 10 AZN or more → 2 chances

• Register in your personal account using FIN → 10 bonus chances (one—time only)

• Only citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the lottery.

Important: To activate your chances, you must register in your personal account or log in to an existing one immediately after the payment.
